So, sometimes I have to make up little songs or rhymes to remember important stuff from pathology lectures. There are so many different conditions in pathology that it's hard for me to keep them straight. I wrote this little diddy about one particular breast pathology, intraductal papilloma, to the tune of "If You're Happy and You Know It":
If you have bloody, unilateral nipple discharge clap your hands (clap, clap)
If you have mutiple papilla with fibrovascular cores covered with 2 layers of epithelium clap your hands (clap clap)
If you have to have your breast completely excised, and it's only on one side
If you have intraductal papilloma, clap your hands (clap, clap)
